The purpose of this clause is to ensure that tourist and non paying users, during the period of browsing, experiencing, and listening to the website provided by Kylinmc, jointly obtain a secure, no objection service relationship and usage environment with Kylinmc (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"). By accessing any website of Kylinmc, non paying users agree to comply with the following regulations in accordance with the law. Before becoming a paying user after purchasing courses, we will provide a separate "Service Agreement" as the service terms for both parties.

Prohibited Use

It is prohibited to interrupt or disrupt the website, website content, or its security measures through the use or contact of this website, or to harass or defame Kylinmc, its products and services, or its personnel. Any spam shall not be directed towards or disseminated through this website.

Recording classroom videos

Users should be aware that in order to ensure classroom quality, improve class experience, and resolve potential disputes, the platform will retain users' class videos for 30 days before automatically destroying them. During this period, users can view the video in their account. If the user wishes to delete the classroom video in advance, they can contact us by email contact@kylinmc.com We will cancel the data retention in advance. The user should first confirm that there are no objections to the course service of the course before making this request.
用户应知悉，为了保证课堂质量，提高上课体验，及解决可能的争议，平台会对用户的上课视频留存30天，之后自动销毁。在此期间用户可在账户内查阅该视频。如用户希望提前删除该课堂视频，可致信联络contact@kylinmc.com，我们将提前取消资料留存。用户应先确认对该课的课程服务无任何异议，再提出此要求。
Governing Law
适用法律
The holder of the Kylinmc brand and the platform operator are Baldur Tech (Canada) Inc., and their legal jurisdiction is in Canada. The interpretation of this clause and the resolution of disputes shall apply to the local laws of Canada and the local laws of the user's location. However, in case of disputes arising from the interpretation or enforcement of relevant laws in the respective regions, the relevant laws of the region where this platform is located shall be the basis for the standard.
麒麟中文品牌持有者和平台运营者均为Baldur Tech (Canada) Inc., 接受法律管辖之所在地为加拿大。本条款的解释及争议的解决均应适用于加拿大地方法律及用户所在地当地法律，但当双方因所在地区相关法律之要义或释义不同，而产生解释或执行之争议时，应以本平台所在地区相关法律为依据标准。
