    (1) Close the open video classroom page, refresh the upcoming class page, and re-enter the video classroom.
    (2) Network connection issues: Try accessing other pages or websites to check if you can access them at a normal speed. If you experience network interruptions, instability, or slow speeds, try restarting your router device and reviewing the network configuration settings to ensure your current network is showing a normal connection. Your network service is provided and managed by your internet service provider, so the platform cannot resolve such issues for you.
    (3) Hardware and software issues: Go to the "Device Detection" page, review the requirements to see if your equipment meets the class device specifications and whether you're using the recommended browser. If no discrepancies are found, click the "Start Test" button on that page to run a device test and follow the instructions to address any detected issues.
  • Yes, during the class, the lesson information will remain on your Upcoming Lessons page. As long as the teacher is still in the classroom and the class has not ended, you can re-enter the classroom through the Upcoming Lessons page.
  • ● If you enter the classroom after the lesson session has started and find that the teacher is not present, and you've confirmed that your device and network are functioning normally, it may be that the teacher is late or encountering technical issues and is troubleshooting.
    ● Each lesson session has a 60-minute open time, with the platform requiring an effective teaching time of 55 minutes. In this case, you may wait up to 5 minutes. If the teacher does not arrive within 5 minutes, it is unlikely that the session will meet the required 55 minutes, and you can choose to leave the classroom and go to the "Ended Lessons" page to file a complaint.
    ● Please note that before filing a complaint, you must close the video classroom tab or browser window. Otherwise, the system will assume that you have chosen to continue receiving the teaching service.
  • ● 1对1课程:如果学员迟到了,则教师会一直在教室中等待,直至有效授课时间结束。在此期间,学员均可随时进入教室,接受剩余时间授课。
    ● 1对多课程:教师会在有学员出席的情况下,正常开课,学员可以在下课前随时进入教室,参与听课。

    学员端迟到或未出席上课,这种情况下教师会正常获得报酬,学员则正常扣取课时。对于预约类课程,如学员有急事,最晚可在课程开始前1小时,提前取消课程,以避免造成课时损失。对于固时类班级课程,则师生均需严格按课程表出席上课,不得提前取消 ● One-on-one lessons: If a student is late, the teacher will remain in the classroom until the effective lesson time ends. During this time, the student can enter the classroom at any point and begin the lesson with the teacher.
    ● Group lessons: If there are students present, the teacher will start the lesson as scheduled. Late students can enter the classroom at any time before the session ends and participate in the class.

    If the student is late or does not attend the lesson, the teacher will still be compensated, and the student's class hours will be deducted as usual.
